A calmer place for system organization
Akumal is a supportive system-management website and Discord companion built to help systems organize alters, journal entries, front logs, friendships, messages, and other important information in one welcoming place.
Akumal began as a personal project inspired by the need for a calmer and more organized way to manage system information. Existing tools can sometimes feel too clinical, too scattered, or difficult to adapt to everyday life.
The goal is to provide one dependable space where users can keep track of who is who, who is fronting, what has happened, and what needs to be remembered without making the process feel overwhelming.
Behind the project
Hi, I'm the creator of Akumal. I built this project from a combination of personal experience, creativity, and a love of problem-solving through code.
My wife is also a system, and she encouraged me to create Akumal when we heard that other familiar system-management services were being discontinued. I wanted to build something thoughtful, flexible, and useful—something that could support everyday organization while still feeling personal and kind.
Outside of Akumal, I enjoy reading, coding, and spending time with my wife and our lively household of eight pets. Those parts of my life continue to shape the patience, warmth, and attention to detail I bring to this project.
Akumal brings system tools together so users do not have to keep important information scattered across unrelated notes, apps, and documents.

Sync alters with the Akumal Discord bot, use autoproxy tools, log fronts, and keep website and server information connected.
Connect with trusted users through friend requests and private messaging features designed for the Akumal community.
Organize, search, import, and export system information so users have more control over their own data.
Akumal is designed around the idea that system organization should feel respectful, approachable, and easy to understand. Every feature is intended to reduce friction and help users find what they need.
Akumal is still growing. Planned improvements include stronger Discord tools, more detailed front history, better personalization, easier backups and imports, improved notifications, and additional account controls.
The long-term goal is for Akumal to become a dependable companion for system organization: simple enough to use every day and flexible enough to grow with each user.
